The X-Culture Global Virtual Team Project was a remarkable learning opportunity for students, focusing on pitching and collaborative work in a global virtual environment. With an impressive turnout, 70 students initially registered for the program, out of which 32 successfully cleared the readiness test, demonstrating their preparedness for the challenges ahead. The project, which concluded on December 9, 2023, was conducted entirely in a virtual setting, reflecting the increasing importance of digital collaboration in today’s educational landscape. Upon completion, 32 students were awarded certificates, acknowledging their hard work and dedication throughout the project. Additionally, three guiding  faculty members received certificates for their invaluable contributions to  the students’ success. This project significantly benefited the MBA batch of 2023-2025, providing them with hands- on experience in managing and participating in global virtual teams, a critical skill in today’s interconnected world. The initiative not only enhanced their practical knowledge but also contributed positively to the institution’s reputation by showcasing its commitment to innovative and future- focused learning methodologies.
