Dr. Aswini Patro has twenty-two years of experience in International Consulting, Litigation
Practice and Academics. Prof. Patro worked as a faculty at KIIT School of Law and held
multiple responsibilities like Head of Department of International Law and Faculty Coordinator
for Post Graduate program. Formerly, Director at a Chicago based Legal Services Firm
involved in management of Indian operations and managed legal projects like contract review
and management along with litigation management.
Prof. Patro also worked with Ministry of Environment, Republic of Macedonia (during 2006-
2007) on issues related to international trade law. He represented Brunel University School of
International Law team in “Regulating the European Market”; a conference conducted jointly
by Clifford Chance and Institute of European and Comparative Law, the University of Oxford.
He loves interacting with students and likes to be involved with problem solving activities for
effective learning. He adapts Socratic and Case Study methods in teaching. His interest lies in
Law of Contract, Trade Law and Commercial Arbitration.

Dr. Mishra holds M.Phil. and PhD in Psychology with specialization in Cognitive Psychology and MA in clinical and counselling Psychology. She has more than 32 years of academic and administrative experience. The focus area was policy implementation ,regulatory affairs. Looking after all compliances of UGC and other regulatory bodies like BCI,KSHEC,HED and MHRD etc. Various committees and sub committees were either headed by her or she was a member or secretary.

She has deep interest in areas such as empowerment of women, gender equality, promoting equal opportunity, environment protection. Among prior experiences she held the position of Registrar, Deputy Registrar, in a premier University of South India. Also have served as Founder member and Principal of a reputed women’s Degree college of North India. She has also been coordinator of IGNOU-Special Study center for women for three Consecutive tenure.

Her Past experiences in the field of academics and administration have equipped to take challenges as opportunities and provide confidence to take future leadership roles and contribute with respect to building a strong team for the growth and development of the institution.

An enthusiastic student of law, Mr. Vidit earned his LL.M. from Jamia Millia Islamia’s Faculty of Law
in New Delhi. In 2013, he achieved JRF qualification. His area of expertise was criminal law, and he is now working toward a Ph.D. at the University of Delhi, New Delhi’s Faculty of Law, on artificial facial recognition technology and necessary police reforms. His total experience in teaching, research, and industry is nine years.

Mrs.Pauline Priyanka. B has completed her B.B.A.LL.B from Seshadripuram Law College, Bengaluru affiliated to Karnataka State law University, Hubli and Completed her LL.M in Constitutional and Administrative Law from University Law College, Bangalore University. Mrs.Pauline Priyanka is a University Rank Holder, both in UG and PG. Mrs.Priyanka after completion of her studies got Enrolled in the year 2018 at the Karnataka State Bar Council and is presently practising in the High Court of Karnataka, other Subordinate Courts and Tribunals at Bengaluru, she is also member of High Court Legal Services Committee and is appointed as a Probono Advocate and she represents Cases in that regard.

Mrs. Priyanka During her College has been actively involved both in curricular and extracurricular activities. She has been Awarded the Best Mooter, Best Lady Advocate, Best Speaker, Best Researcher, Best Memorials and has Won National Level Moot Court Competition, National Law Fest, National Level Quiz Competition, Essay Writing Competition, Model Parliament.

She has also Participated in various Moot Court Competitions like International level Moot Court Competition,  National Moot Court Competition, State Level Kannada Moot Court Competition, Trial Advocacy, Client Counselling Competition etc. She has successfully trained many for moot court and model parliament competition. Mrs. Pauline Priyanka actively participated in Athletics at the University Level and further she has won prizes in cultural Competitions like Group Song, Mime, Skits etc. She has presented many papers and has co-authored various Articles. Teaching is her passion and she considers this to be a Noble Service.

Subjects she taught include Constitutional Law, Public International Law, IPR, Land Laws, Family law-I & II, Environmental Law, Company Law, CPC and Limitation Act, Administrative Law, Property Law, IPC, Law of Evidence, Interpretation of Statutes,Banking Law and Negotiable instrument Act, Law of Contract, Insurance Law and Law of Tort.

Professor Mohan Kumari has over 15 years of teaching experience and has been actively involved in various academic and cultural fields in addition to her teaching career.
Originally from Mysuru, she completed her B.A., M.A., M.Phil., and Bachelor’s Degree in Kannada in 2010. She began her academic career at Sri Vivekananda Degree College, Mysuru, and later moved to Bengaluru with her family in 2012.

She has served in several reputed institutions, including:

Currently, she is working as a Lecturer in Kannada at BTL Degree College.
In addition to teaching, Professor Mohan Kumari has made significant contributions to university–level academic administration and evaluation. She is:

* A Textbook Editor at Bangalore University under NEP and SEP

* A Question Paper Setter for Bangalore University examinations

* Actively involved in SQUAD work for Bangalore University examinations

* Served as Deputy Custodian of Bangalore University examinations

* Worked as a Valuator and Moderator for Bangalore University examinations

Beyond academics, she has independently organized Kannada Rajyotsava programs and competitions, contributing to the promotion of Kannada language and culture.

In recognition of her contributions, she is a recipient of the prestigious Karnataka Rajyotsava
Puraskar.

Dr. Ananthavalli Ramesh is alumnus of NITT and IITM. She has interdisciplinary domain expertise from engineering design, new product development, healthcare research to technology management. She has more than a decade of industry experience with Royal Enfield, GM, Volvo and Caterpillar.

She is a trained six-sigma blackbelt and accelerated by sis-sigma council as a trainer. She has designed the curriculum for developed the curriculum for Mahatma Gandhi National Council for Rural Education for the rural MBA programs.

Dr. Ananthavalli Ramesh is a certified technical writer for Clinical Evaluation Report – medical devices. She coined the term ‘Concept Exploration Process’ as part of her M.S. (by Research) program at DoMs, IITM to facilitate new product success. She worked closely with hospitals to deploy patient engagement (patient-centric care) as an outcome of her doctoral research at DoMs, IITM.

She is working on her startup idea to provide patient engagement service to expecting and new mothers. She works closely with students to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset. She has published papers in reputed journals in the areas of healthcare management and product design. Her current focus is on ‘metaverse in healthcare’ and nurturing students in ‘research-entrepreneurship design (RED Hubb)’- an accelerated program.

Dr. N.Ramu is currently working as Associate Professor in PG Department of Management (MBA) – Marketing and Finance area at IFIM College, Bangalore.

He holds an MBA Marketing and Finance. His Ph.D research is in the area of Psychographics from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He also completed M.Phil in Buying Behaviour from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

He has been in the teaching profession for more than 20 years to Post Graduate and Undergraduate of Business Studies affiliated to various Universities viz., Bharathair University, Anna University and Bangalore University.

He has published various research papers in national and international Scopus indexed journals. He has also a peer reviewer of various Scopus indexed international journals published by Inderscience Publishers, UK. He is a certified ISO Internal Auditor by Bureau Veritas.

Dr. Sridevi has a work experience of over 22 years in teaching, research, and corporate training and is currently the Director at IFIM School of Management. 

She holds an M.Com and a Ph.D. from Osmania University. Her thesis was “Working of Online trading in Indian Capital Market.” ,2005. Dr.Sridevi is a gold medalist.

At IFIM, she teaches courses like financial statement analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, and Valuation.

Dr. Sridevi was engaged in a faculty-led research project on “A Study on Total Expense Ratios of Mutual Funds in India,” a report submitted to the regulator.   She is associated with leading organizations as a corporate trainer and Subject Matter Expert.

Ramini Singh is an Adjunct Faculty at IFIM College, Bengaluru, specializing in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Learning & Development. She brings three years of academic experience and two years of banking experience in both private (Federal Bank) and public sector banks (State Bank of India) and is a certified psychometric trainer from TV Rao Academy, Bangalore. She is also an alumnus of the Faculty Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad. She is the recipient of Governor Gold Medal in her MBA. Currently pursuing her PhD at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, her research focuses on career adjustment of Gen Y employees in the IT sector. She has published in Scopus- and ABDC-indexed journals and presented research at leading national and international conferences. Skilled in SPSS, AMOS, and JMP software, she applies data-driven insights to her teaching and research. Beyond academia, Ramini has facilitated corporate training programs on leadership, personality development, and team building. Her teaching and training approach integrates experiential learning, gamified methods, and psychometric tools to enhance engagement and impact. She was also an active volunteer teacher with the Akanksha Foundation NGO, which reflects her commitment to education and social impact.

Ms. Nagarathna M L is a teacher for more than a decade. She is pursuing her research in Clinical Psychology under Bangalore University. She has been in teaching profession for more than 4 years to Post Graduate Level (M.Sc, affiliated to Bangalore University) and more than 10 years teaching to undergraduates, affiliated to Bangalore University. She also have 1.5 years Industry Experience in Hospitals.

Her main areas of interest are Clinical, Developmental, Cognitive, Child, Counselling and Behavioural assessment.

She has attended various workshops and conferences and has also presented papers in them. Also, she has published papers in various International journals and UGC Care Journal.

Dr Venugopal N previously has worked in top academic institutions of the country namely Jain deemed to be University, AIMS, as head of the department Arts and Humanities prior to joining IFIM.

During Dr Venugopal’s tenure in Jain university the department of Arts has enhanced its combination to six and he has successfully started PG programs with counselling centre. He has successfully initiated the BA program in AIMS in psychology. Dr Venugopal N has organized webinars at national level. He was a resource person for an international webinar on Drugs and Young Minds. He is a professional counsellor for IFIM Institute. He has published and presented research articles at National and International journals.

Has a master’s degree in MA Hindi from Mysore University, bachelor’s degree in BA from Gulbarga University, B.Ed. teachers training from Bellary and has worked in various esteemed Educational Institutes across the state and has the rich academic experience of 24 years. Has also published several Research Journal Articles, has also been Guest Speaker, Subject Expert, University Paper Setter.

Lakshmi Saranya S has 5 years of teaching experience in computer science. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Applications at IFIM College (Autonomous). She has attended various workshops, Faculty Development Programs and conferences.

Saravanan has 12 years of teaching experience in computer science and one year industry experience. He is currently Assistant Professor, in the Department of Computer Applications at IFIM College (Autonomous). He has passed UGC NET exam in Computer Science and is pursuing his Ph.D in Periyar university. He has attended various workshops and conferences.  He has also published the articles in scopus, UGC ,Web of Science and peer-reviewed journals.

Dilip B has 06 years of teaching experience in Mathematics and Statistics and one year industry experience. He is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of School of Technology at IFIM College (Autonomous). He has been in teaching profession in the past 6 years for both undergraduate and post graduate level. He has master’s degree in mathematics from Bengaluru University . Currently he is working on his Doctoral degree. He has attended many research workshops and webinars on many issues. He is meticulously working on various research papers. His teaching Domains Trigonometry, Differentiation, and Integration, Discrete Mathematics and Algebra Mathematics, applied Mathematics and Parametric and nonparametric statistics.

Prof A.Seshachalam has completed M.Com, M.Phil, M.B.A, P.G.D.C.A, P.G.D.HRM, PGD in Human Rights, FQQ (IFRS) at LCCI, London (UK), UGC-NET, at Madras University. Recently, he completed an LL.B. degree at KSLU, Hubbali, and is pursuing a PhD at Madras University. He has around 3 decades of academic excellence in UG, PG and Professional Courses and 3 years of Corporate experience.

He has published 24 papers in reputed UGC Journals and 39 research papers publications at International Level Conferences and actively participated in 379 Webinars of National and International, 129 e-FDP and Workshops, successfully accomplished 340 Coursera and Great Learning Online Certifications, and presented papers in 19 International Level Conferences. He also has got 3 Indian Patents and one Canadian Patent to his credit.

His areas of expertise are Advanced Financial Accounting, Advanced Financial Management, Retail Marketing, Business Regulations, MIS, International HRM, Cost Accounting and Income Tax.

He got the Best Faculty Award in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman Academic Colleges under the Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry of Labour. He has also worked as Dean and Principal and NSS Program Officer of affiliated colleges of Bangalore University. He authored books on Financial Management, Advanced Financial Accounting, Business Analytics, International HRM, AI and Marketing – the Future of Customer Engagement, and Cost Accounting.

Dr Jude Ashmi Prakash has an experience of 11 years in Post Graduate teaching and research guidance of MBA students. She is a Placement and Skill Trainer with an experience of 17 years specialising in JD decoding and customized training. She is a certified Global educator and a recommended innovative professor as recognised by X-culture (2014, 2016, 2020, 2023) (A virtual global forum for practical learning of global business environment). With her 10 years of experience as a researcher, she has published, presented & delivered research content as an application researcher in Virtual HRM (M.Phil.) and Social Media Recruitment behaviour (PhD). 

She is a skilled Storyteller, Content and script writer, a voice over artist and a recognised master of ceremonies in multiple corporate and cultural events. She bags an overall experience of 25 years in media and events. Her hustle with entrepreneurship is 12 years long in customised, size inclusive and health prioritized women’s clothing.

She has been a consultant for Up grad, the popular online learning platform for Subject Matter and Content Delivery Expertise in their “Learning and Development” courses. She has recently completed a certificate Program on Women’s Leadership development from Oxford University. She is currently pursuing her executive PG diploma in strategy and leadership from XLRI, NCR Campus.

Mr B B Venkatesh has been a teacher by choice and is keen on the holistic development of the student community. He has been into teaching since twenty-two years and passionately working on strengthening the individuals at personality level. He has worked in the The Oxford College of Science, Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology, Vasavi Vidya Niketan and Administrative Management College. He is now serving in IFIM Institutions since 2014. He has been instrumental in starting the NSS unit, YRC unit, Sports-Annual Athletic Meet and Desi Sports. He has been convening international conferences of IFIM, Fusion and Mind Power and now he has been the head of Student Affairs.

He is doing his PhD on Dalit Literature from Swami Vivekananda University Sagar, MP. Apart from his Masters in English from Bangalore University, he has also done his PGDY, Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University. He is a health consultant, an adventure enthusiast and runs his own rustic adventure club, Rashavi Woods.

He conceptualized an unique program under the title ‘75for75’ a series of seventy five events to celebrate the seventy-fifth year of Indian independence. The series started with the flag hoisting of 15^th August 2021 and ended with the flag hoisting of 15^th August 2022.

Dr. Lakshmi. P is a teacher and an educationist. She has completed her research in Impact of non tariff barriers on Foreign trade in International Economics. She has been in teaching profession for more than 4 years . She is also having a corporate experience of more than 3 years.

Her main areas of interest are foreign trade, Marketing and International business.

She has attended various workshops and conferences and has also presented papers in various national and international conferences.

Professor Meera Govindaraj holds a Master’s degree in Commerce, with a specialization in Accounting, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) focused on Finance. . She is certified in Financial Modeling, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Valuation, Company Valuation, and Excel for Accounting, and she also possesses an Advanced Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). She is recognized for her ability to design application-based learning tools and to establish productive industry-academic linkages that substantially enhance the student learning experience.

She is currently a faculty member in the MBA Department at IFIM College. With more than three decades of extensive experience in various academic roles, including teaching, content development, and the authorship of academic publications, she has made significant contributions to the field.

Dr. Sanchita Choudhury is an accomplished academic with over 13 years of post-PhD experience in accounting, specialising in teaching, research, and academic administration across institutions such as ICFAI University Mizoram and Assam Central University. She earned her PhD in Accounting from Assam Central University, where she also completed her M.Com and B.Com (Hons) in Accountancy and Taxation.

Her scholarly interests encompass social accounting, corporate social responsibility, and innovation-driven business practices. Dr. Choudhury has published extensively in leading indexed journals and contributed to books and conferences, with her research spanning topics including artificial intelligence in accounting, gender diversity, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. S. Nagalakshmi is working as an Assistant Professor in Management Department at IFIM College, Bangalore, since 28th January 2013. She is an enthusiastic and dedicated Faculty with 21 years of experience in academic field. She is handling both UG and PG subjects.
She has proved her research capabilities by her publications and presentations in research journals and conferences respectively at national and international levels.

She has received Best Faculty Award in 2014 at IFIM Institute. Honoured twice with best paper award for paper presentation in National & International Conference in the year 2020 & 2005. She had participated in various workshops, FDPs, seminars, and conferences, She is convener for SIP – IFIM College.

Prof.Bovina S is an academician with 15 years of experience in teaching English, Communication and Journalism. She began her teaching career as a visiting faculty in Zantye College, Government College Khandola, Goa and St. Xavier’s College, Goa. She the joined as a lecturer in Communication at Government Polytechnic Panaji and later joined the Journalism Department at Don Bosco College, Panaji as an Assistant Professor. She moved to Bangalore in the year 2013 and joined the Department of Languages, T. John College. Since 2016 she has been with the Personality Enhancement Program of IFIM Institutions as Assistant Professor. She is a voracious reader with keen interest in current affairs, writing has been her forte. She has been a freelance journalist, writer, columnist.

She has received the Special Award in T. John for her ability to motivate students to drive large scale initiatives and push them to realise their full potential. She has also held various administrative roles as Chairperson-Women’s Cell and Coordinator of Student Welfare and Grievance cell. She is also Coordinator for various Student Clubs in the previous institutions.

She was Convener of national level seminars and conferences related to the field of English Literature and Media like Kadambari: A national Conference on Narratives,Madhyama:A National Media Conference, Ignite Film Festival: A national level student festival.

At IFIM she has established the Youth Parliament and has been part of core committee of AACSB Accreditation Process, Kanyathon Annual Charity Run and other student related initiatives.

Her monthly column ‘Living Houses’, featured in a Lifestyle magazine Casa e Jardim. One of the articles has been published in a book titled.:Mhamais of Goa in the network of trade and culture, Chapter 18,Page No.120 Titled: House with a History Mhamais of Goa in the network of trade and culture .

Her article titled, ‘The benefits of developing well rounded personalities in Institutions’ was published in ‘Your story’ a web portal.

She Presented a paper on ‘The Role of Audio-Visual media in English language Teaching’ in Jain University, the paper is published in a Research journal ‘Samyoga’.

Her Paper titled ‘Khadi and repositioning: A holistic study on consumers and retailers’, published September 2019 in Colorage Magazine.

She has been Editorial Board member of research journal Samayoga and other magazines of the various institutions she worked with, including the Kanyathon 2020 Souvenir recently

Dr. Nataraja N.S is a sincere and skilled professional with around 30 plus years of academic experience. His teaching area includes Statistics, Operations Research (management Science), multivariate analysis through Excel and SPSS, Research Methodology (both fundamental and applied areas), and Business mathematics. He has made progressive growth in academic career through effective participation, initiatives and focus at assigned responsibilities.

Dr. Nataraja is a continuous learner and researcher in Econometrics. He has published more than 15 research articles in both national and international journals.

Previously Dr. Nataraja N.S worked as HOD. Department of Statistics, Vijaya College for 20 years and later at Alliance University in the General Management for 9 years. In addition to this, he also served as visiting professor for MBA program at different business schools and universities like, Christ University, Jain University, ITM, RJS etc.,

Dr Vidhya Pillai is an accomplished academician, author, trainer, and researcher with over 22 years of experience in postgraduate-level institutions affiliated with the University of Calicut, University of Mumbai, Jain University, Alliance and Bangalore University.

She has held several key academic and administrative positions throughout her career, leading numerous institutional committees and overseeing end-to-end academic processes. An approved faculty member of the University of Mumbai, Dr. Pillai brings a unique blend of corporate and academic experience. Prior to entering academia, she briefly served as a Public Relations Officer and Marketing Coordinator with Seasonal Kerala, before pursuing her passion for teaching.

A continuous learner, she has published multiple research papers in reputed journals and presented over 25 papers at national and international conferences. She has also completed minor research projects for the Government of Kerala.

With teaching experience at prestigious business schools such as Nehru School of Management, TIMSR, CMR, Alliance University, and Jain University, Dr. Pillai specializes in Marketing, Retail Management, Services Marketing and Branding.

Mrs. Sinzy Silvester is an academician with over 15 years of Experience. She has taught both at the Graduate and Post-Graduate levels for courses affiliated to Bangalore University.

She is an organized and a dedicated professional with proven skills in teaching, guidance, and motivation with an ever-approachable nature. She holds a double masters in the areas of Computer Science Engineering and Computer Applications.

She specializes in her areas of interest namely Cryptography & Network Security, UNIX & SHELL Programming and Data Analytics. She is quite passionate and has an avid interest for research in the mentioned areas.

She has attended various workshops and conferences both at the National and International level. She has also presented and published papers in journals of high repute.

Dr. H.S. Gitanjali T. Shankarappa is an experienced educator with over 22 years in teaching. She has instructed postgraduate students — MBA (affiliated with Bangalore University and VTU — Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum) and M.Com students affiliated with Bangalore University — and has more than 10 years’ experience teaching undergraduates under Bangalore University. She also has over 5 years of corporate work experience in Banking & Financial Services. At IFIM she holds the position of Associate Professor – Accounts & Finance and is also Program Head – B.Com. Her primary teaching and research interests are in Accounting, Finance and General Management subjects.

She is a registered PhD guide with VTU. She has been certified as an auditor by Bureau Veritas Ltd. She has served as Director of IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) at IFIM for about five and a half years. During that tenure, she organised and led many seminars, webinars, workshops, faculty development programs, staff development programs and student development programs aimed at enhancing quality in teaching, learning, research, and administrative work.

Her academic contributions include publishing papers in international journals of repute, presenting at national and international conferences, authoring one textbook, and attended various faculty development programs and workshops. Beyond academics, she is a sportsperson — representing her university in badminton tournaments at state and national levels — and is an active volunteer with the National Service Scheme (NSS), having won state-level awards for her NSS contributions.

Dr. Swarnika Dixit is a seasoned academician with over 26 years of experience in Human Resource Management, encompassing teaching, research, and academic administration. She is currently Assistant Dean UG Programs and Program Head BBA at IFIM College, Bangalore. Throughout her illustrious career, Dr. Dixit has been associated with several prestigious institutions, including M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management, ICFAI School of HRD (Hyderabad), Presidency Business School (Bangalore), and Lucknow University, contributing extensively to student mentoring.

Her academic expertise spans courses such as Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, Performance Management, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management. A passionate educator and mentor, she integrates practical insights with academic rigour to enhance learning outcomes.

Prof. Dixit’s research focuses on Employee Engagement, Leadership, and Technology-Based Learning, and she has several publications in reputed international journals. She has presented papers at various national and international conferences and has submitted her PhD to VTU Belagavi, focusing on a Comparative Analysis of Employee Engagement at Biocon using Gallup’s Q12 model.

Recognized for her leadership, integrity, and student-centered approach, Prof. Dixit continues to make significant contributions to management education through her commitment to innovation, academic excellence, and holistic development.

She holds a Ph.D. in English Language Teaching and currently serves as the Head of the Department of Languages and Head of IQAC at IFIM College, Bangalore. She secured University II Rank in her Post-Graduation and University IV Rank in her Under-Graduation. Her doctoral thesis, titled “Developing an E-Learning Module for Visually Challenged Learners to Enhance Speaking Skills – An Experimental Study” highlights her focus on inclusive education. She completed her TESOL certification at Westminster College, London, and trained international students in TESOL methodologies. Beginning her teaching career in 2014, she has consistently pursued excellence in language pedagogy. Her innovative classroom practices include Activity-Based Learning, Multiple Intelligences, Cognition-Based Teaching, the VARK Model, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Design Thinking, and Outcome-Based Education. She holds five patents and has authored books on E-Learning and Metacognition.

Dr. M. Mahadeva has joined IFIM recently as a Professor. He has both teaching and research experience of about two decades and academic administrative experience for over fifteen years. He obtained all three of his degrees from the University of Mysore (1916), including the PhD in Economics (1987- 93) on the theme “Market and Economics” under the guidance of an eminent Economist Professor C.K Renukarya. Since 1992, he was a research faculty of Economics in the Centre for Economic Studies and Research and the Centre for Agricultural Development and Rural Transformation, at the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore. During the stint, he was nominated for the five international fellowships awards by the Commonwealth Commission (2008), Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute (2001), Indo-Dutch program in Alternative Development (1997) and Indian Council for Social Science Research (2010 & 1998). He was a visiting academic fellow in the University of Bristol, UK (December 2008 – April 2009), University of Toronto, Canada (October 2000- January 2001), Institute for Housing and Urban Studies, (December 1997- January 1998), Institute of Social Studies, The Netherlands (November-December 2010) and Maison Des Science De L’ Homme, France (December 1998). He served at the Planning Commission of India as the Chairman of the Sub-Committee (Twelfth Five Year Plan), Member of the Working Group (Twelfth Five Year Plan), Member of the Steering Committee (Twelfth Five Year Plan) and Member of the Mid-Term Appraisal (Eleventh Five Year Plan). Also, he was the Director of the Board of Management for State Bank of Mysore (Now SBI) from June 2003- November 2006. He has extensively published targeting the academics and general public, covering the areas of housing poverty and deprivation, housing market and housing development players, financial exclusion and inclusion policies, human settlement in urban and rural contexts of the poor and vulnerable households. Apart from guiding doctoral dissertations in Economics leading to PhDs, he has engaged himself as a subject expert and served in various committees/commissions at the regional and national levels.

Dr. N. Ramu is a Registrar and Associate Professor in Management with over 27 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He holds a Ph.D. and M. Phil in Marketing from Bharathiar University, an MBA from Kongu Engineering College, Perunduari, Erode.

His primary teaching and research interests include consumer behavior, marketing research and metrics, and management research methods. He has taught a range of postgraduate and undergraduate programs.

Prof. N.Ramu has published over 15 research papers in reputed national and international journals and has presented his work at several academic conferences. He has also authored a few book chapters. He chaired the various national and international seminars and conference technical sessions.

He has been honored with the Best Faculty of IFIM Institutions Award for the academic year 2016 -17 and serves as the peer reviewer of various Scopus Scopus-indexed international Journals. He is an Indian examiner for various Indian universities to evaluate the Ph.D theses.

Dr. Sridevi has a work experience of over 22 years in teaching, research, and corporate training and is currently the Director at IFIM School of Management.

She holds an M.Com and a Ph.D. from Osmania University. Her thesis was “Working of Online trading in Indian Capital Market.” ,2005. Dr.Sridevi is a gold medalist.
At IFIM, she teaches courses like financial statement analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, and Valuation.

Dr. Sridevi was engaged in a faculty-led research project on “A Study on Total Expense Ratios of Mutual Funds in India,” a report submitted to the regulator. She is associated with leading organizations as a corporate trainer and Subject Matter Expert.

He is a professional with around 25 years of rich and varied experience in Academics and Administration and is currently heading IFIM Law School, Bangalore. Prior to joining IFIM Law School, he was heading Amity Law School, Kolkata. He was associated with the corporate world for 14 years in the Administration and Legal departments and then went on to pursue his passion and has been associated with academia for the past 11 years and has extensive teaching and research experience. His areas of specialization include Business Law, Company Law, Criminal Law, and Human Rights.

He is also a guide for doctoral research work in Law. He is also a member of the Board of Studies for designing of law curriculum and a subject expert on the panel interview for the recruitment of faculty members at various law colleges. He has also been invited as a resource person to deliver Guest lectures and as a judge for various Debate and Moot Court competitions. He is also actively involved with initiatives for protecting the environment including rivers, water bodies, mangroves, and natural habitat in Charkop area of Mumbai. He was also the recipient of the ‘Best Faculty Award’ for outstanding contribution in Academics and contribution to the corporate life of NMIMS Kirit P Mehta School of Law for the academic year 2018-19.

Growing up as a child, Muskaan always wanted to be an academician, given the role of an attorney for the mock trial, in her 8th grade is when she realized the importance of legal studies and the thought of pursuing a law degree solidified her mind.

Post her graduation she joined IFIM as Teaching Assistant to the Dean of the institution and a part of the Academics Team. Alongside, she was also assisting the Law School in the Admission Department. She was promoted based on her performance as teaching assistance to Assistant Professor.  Ms. Muskaan loves to interact on topics like – gender justice, religion & law, and constitutional Law.

Ms. Bhoomika Saxena has completed her master’s degree (LL.M.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights. She has completed her bachelor’s degree (B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)) from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad with Criminal Law specialization and has obtained outstanding grades. She has worked as a Legal Advisor at Singhania and Co. LLP. Her primary areas of interest include Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, Environment Law and Family Law.

Presently, she is chairing Intellectual Property Rights Clinic (IFIM-IPR Clinic) and Research Center, along with being a Faculty Co-ordinator of Placement & Internships Committee and Social Immersion Program. In addition to her professional achievements, she has authored multiple research papers and has publications in reputed law journals.

Dr. Asha P Soman is a member of the Study Group 5.20 of the IAA Commission 5 on Space Policy, Law and Economy, International Academy of Astronautics (IAA), France. She has more than a decade of experience in academia and industry. She obtained a Ph.D. in Air and Space Law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India on the topic Evolving International Humanitarian Legal Regime for Sustainable Use of Outer Space and its Application to India. She was the University topper and gold medalist for LLM (Commercial Law and Human Rights) from the Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala; and completed BA LLB (Hons) from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India.

She has supervised Doctoral thesis, LLM and LLB dissertations and taught PG and UG classes. She worked with top law schools in India including Symbiosis Law School, Pune and Christ University, Bangalore. She also worked as an Advocate and Assistant Director – Knowledge Management at IndusLaw, Bangalore.

She cleared UGC NET in 2013 and was a part of the UGC Sponsored Major Research Project with the NLSIU, Bangalore. She has initiated the Air and Space Law Committee at her previous institution. She also has international and national publications of book chapters, articles in journals, a handbook, and Scopus/Web of Science indexing. She has presented papers at numerous international and national conferences and has done certification courses in various fields.

Dr. Asha has framed the syllabus for Aviation Law and Technology Law and also revised syllabuses in her previous institutions. Subjects she taught include Environmental Law, Public International Law, Company Law, Property Law, Criminal Law, Space Law, Aviation Law, Research Methodology, Nuclear Law, Interpretation of Statutes, Competition Law, Investment Laws, Consumer Protection and Motor Vehicles Act, Insurance Law, Service Laws, Law of Torts, Jurisprudence, Case Studies – Hyperlinking and Interlinking, Philosophy of Life and Lifestyle, Law and Economics, and Law and Political Society. Her research interests are Environmental Law, Climate Change, Air and Space Law, International Law, Technology Law, Jurisprudence, and Law and Society.

Harsh Vardhan Tiwari is a National Law University graduate (RGNUL, Punjab) specializing in Political Science and Criminal Law and a postgraduate from Buckingham Law School in International Commercial Law, currently pursuing his Ph.D. (Law) from Bennett University.

He has been the Executive Editor of RGNUL Student Research Review, and a member of the Centre for Energy Law, the Center for Consumer Law, and Advocacy, along with the Center for Labour Laws. He was also part of the Quiz Cell (Literary and Debate Committee) of RGNUL.

Over the last 4.5 years, he has mentored over 5000 law school aspirants across the country. He has spoken with more than 10,000 law school aspirants on Law as a Career. He has worked as Project Lead (Maverick) at LawSikho, Head of Operation at CLAT Path, Legal Faculty at CLAT Possible, Educator at Unacademy, Head (CLAT Vertical) at Pahuja Law Academy, and Content Creator at Legal Edge & Toprankers. He worked with the Admissions and Outreach Team at O. P Jindal Global University, where he spearheaded LLM Admissions and set new records.

Currently, he is working as Chairperson, of Admissions at IFIM Institutions, having been promoted from Assistant Dean, Assistant Professor, and Associate Director of Admissions and Outreach after setting new LLB admission records at IFIM Law School.

Why did he choose the Education Service? At age 21, he realized my passion for education, shaping students’ careers, and being in the teaching-learning ecosystem. The love for the same thing lives and keeps improving.

Mr. Ananyo Mitra is a passionate legal researcher and educator. He has completed his LL.M degree in Public International Law from Queen Mary, University of London (Batch of 2018) and his BBA. LLB from School of Law, KIIT University (Batch of 2017). He has worked and interned in reputed research organizations, PSUs and law firms such as Indian Law Institute, The Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), Asian African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO), Coal India Ltd. & Fox & Mandal, Solicitors & Advocates, to name a few. Before joining IFIM Law School in the year 2019, Mr. Mitra was researching with Prof. Manoj Kumar Sinha, Director, Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.

He has a flair for writing and has published various articles and chapters in legal journals and books. His research areas include international law, environmental law, criminal law, jurisprudence, and human rights law.

Rishabh has taught Law of Contracts I, Law of Contracts II and Constitutional Law II. And currently, he is teaching Constitutional Law I, Administrative Law and Social Immersion Program.

At IFIM Law School, Rishabh has chaired the Social Immersion Program; has contributed to Admissions and Outreach and has also worked as the Executive Editor for IFIM Law School’s Newsletter.

As a Faculty Member for the Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution, he has been an active member of the organising committee for Concordat 2.0, the national ADR Fest of IFIM Law School. He is also a part of IFIM Law School’s committee for organising Kanyathon, 2023, which is the annual event of IFIM Institutions and Vijaybhoomi University, organised to support the cause of upliftment of the girl child.

Before joining IFIM Law School, Rishabh worked as the Course Faculty for Into Legal World’s Certification Course on Law of Contracts, aimed at PCS-J aspirants.

As an Associate Editor for RMLNLU Law Review, Vol. VI, Rishabh has also edited and reviewed important research articles and case comments.

He takes interest in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights Law, Environment Law and Contracts Law.

And, when he is not reading about the law, he can be found following his passion for psychology, cinema and music.
