Principal and Professor, IFIM Law College

Dr. Aswini Patro has twenty-two years of experience in International Consulting, Litigation
Practice and Academics. Prof. Patro worked as a faculty at KIIT School of Law and held
multiple responsibilities like Head of Department of International Law and Faculty Coordinator
for Post Graduate program. Formerly, Director at a Chicago based Legal Services Firm
involved in management of Indian operations and managed legal projects like contract review
and management along with litigation management.
Prof. Patro also worked with Ministry of Environment, Republic of Macedonia (during 2006-
2007) on issues related to international trade law. He represented Brunel University School of
International Law team in “Regulating the European Market”; a conference conducted jointly
by Clifford Chance and Institute of European and Comparative Law, the University of Oxford.
He loves interacting with students and likes to be involved with problem solving activities for
effective learning. He adapts Socratic and Case Study methods in teaching. His interest lies in
Law of Contract, Trade Law and Commercial Arbitration.

Dr. Shagufta Anjum

Dr. Shagufta Anjum is an accomplished academician and researcher with a strong focus on contemporary legal issues, particularly in the areas of labour law, gender justice, human rights, and emerging intersections between law and technology. Her scholarly contributions reflect a sustained engagement with evolving legal frameworks in response to socio-economic transformations. 

Her research portfolio includes significant publications in reputed journals and edited volumes. Notably, her work on gig economy and platform employment has been published in Reform India 2025: Journal of 2025 Reforms by Law Hunt Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (2026). She has also authored a Scopus-indexed publication titled “The Silent Victims of Compassion” in TPM – Testing, Psychometrics, Methodology in Applied Psychology (2025), which undertakes a comparative analysis of surrogacy laws across jurisdictions. Her earlier contributions include book chapters on compensatory jurisprudence and surrogacy rights published by Walnut Publications and Bharti Publications, along with articles addressing assisted reproduction laws and migrant labour issues, including a publication with National Law School of India University. 

Dr. Shagufta has actively participated in national and international academic platforms. She has presented research papers on themes such as gig economy, marginalised communities, and access to justice at reputed conferences and seminars. Her academic engagement extends to leadership roles, including serving as a Technical Session Chair at the International Conference on Global Legal Challenges (GLC-2025) hosted by Dayananda Sagar University in collaboration with Staffordshire University. 

In addition to her research, she has contributed as a resource person, delivering expert lectures on constitutional values, workplace safety for women, and evolving interpretations of life and liberty. Her commitment to academic development is reflected in her participation in multiple Faculty Development programs, including those organized by National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development, Amity University, and workshops conducted by Banaras Hindu University. 

Dr. Shagufta has also engaged with contemporary technological advancements through participation in initiatives such as the AI literacy campaign conducted by the National Commission for Women at Christ University, reflecting her interest in integrating technology with legal education and social justice.

Angarika Borah

Angarika Borah is an academic specializing in Natural Resources Law, with research focusing on environmental law, dimensions of human rights, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her work critically examines the intersection of environmental governance, human rights frameworks, and sustainable development policies.

She completed her LL.M. from Tamil Nadu National Law University and began her academic career in Chennai. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at IFIM Law School, Bengaluru, with teaching and research experience in core areas of law. She has also completed certification courses in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Commercial Contract Drafting.

Her research has been published in reputed journals and edited volumes, including Shilpkar Law Review, International Journal of Advanced Legal Research, Indian Journal of Law and Legal Research, and International Journal of Law Management and Humanities.

Angarika Borah has actively contributed to academic and co-curricular activities, participating in numerous national and international conferences. She has received recognition for her scholarly contributions, including awards for best paper presentations and research excellence. She is also invited as a judge in moot court competitions, ADR mediation competitions, client counselling competitions and as speaker in workshops.

She actively contributes to academic leadership through curriculum development, research engagement, and the organization of academic events, while playing a key role in various institutional committees.

In the classroom, she teaches Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, and White-Collar Crime, with a focus on experiential learning through case analysis, research-based teaching, and interactive pedagogy. Her teaching approach emphasizes analytical thinking and practical legal understanding.

Ms. Anjali Prabhakaran is an academician with more than ten years of experience. She holds a dual specialisation in Criminal Law and Human Rights Law. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in the area examining the intersection of child rights, Victimology and Human Rights.  

Her research articles are in the process of being published in two prestigious Scopus- Indexed journals. Apart from that., she has published articles and research papers to her credit in various national and international peer- reviewed journals.  

Anjali heads the Research Committee at IFIM Law School and the IFIM Law Review, the annual, double- blind peer- reviewed IFIM Law School journal.

Mr. Bob Nathanael is a seasoned educator and academic leader dedicated to the intersections of language, pedagogy, and student development. As the Head of Student Affairs at IFIM Law School, he bridges the gap between academic rigor and student life, overseeing campus initiatives, events, and essential accreditation processes. 

In the classroom, Mr. Nathanael champions a tech-integrated pedagogy. By blending digital tools with real-world scenarios, he empowers students to master the “Science of Learning” cultivating the critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to navigate the complexities of modern higher education. 

His research utilizes qualitative and mixed-method frameworks to examine behavioural development and the transition from College to Industry. A published scholar in English Language and Literature, his work focuses on how pedagogical insights can be leveraged to prepare students for professional excellence.

Prof. Pooja Ogale

Prof. Pooja Ogale is an academic and legal researcher specializing in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and emerging areas of digital healthcare regulation. She currently serves as Assistant Professor of Law at IFIM Law School, Bengaluru, and is the Faculty Chair of the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). 

With over six years of teaching experience in legal education, Prof. Ogale has contributed significantly to academic instruction, research, and institutional development. Prior to joining IFIM Law School, she taught at M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, where she gained extensive experience in teaching core law subjects and mentoring law students in research and advocacy activities. 

Her research work focuses on digital healthcare law, governance of healthcare technologies, constitutional principles in public policy, and dispute resolution mechanisms. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Law at National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, where her research examines Digital Healthcare Law and Policy. 

Prof. Ogale actively contributes to legal scholarship through research publications, conference presentations, and academic collaborations. Her work aims to bridge the gap between law, technology, and governance, particularly in the context of evolving healthcare systems.

His academic work includes publications on cyber law, smart contracts, and technology-driven legal challenges, along with presentations at national and international forums on issues such as computer hacking and the dark web. His ongoing doctoral research explores the comparative challenges posed by cyber vandalism on societal growth, reflecting his broader interest in aligning legal frameworks with technological advancements. 

Prof. Avinash has contributed significantly to academic leadership and institutional development through his roles as Assistant Professor and Placement Coordinator. He has led curriculum-linked initiatives, designed internship and placement policies, and spearheaded skill development programs focusing on legal drafting, research methodologies, and academic writing. He has also played a key role in strengthening industry-academia collaboration through MoUs, career mentoring, and achieving successful student placement outcomes. 

In addition to his academic contributions, he has practical legal experience as a Legal Trainee under a Senior Advocate at the Chhattisgarh High Court, where he engaged in litigation, drafting, and consumer dispute resolution. His professional engagements extend to teaching, where he delivers courses and training in cyber law, constitutional law, and interdisciplinary legal subjects, alongside mentoring students for competitive examinations such as CLAT & UPSC.

Previously, Sharu served as an Assistant Professor at Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru, and earlier as a Lecturer in Law and Political Science at the School of Law, Presidency University, Bengaluru. Prior to entering academia, Sharu worked as an Advocate practicing at the Supreme Court of India, where, inter alia, she assisted senior counsels in the Sabarimala Case and in representing the State of Telangana. She has also worked as an Associate at KT Advisors LLP., New Delhi.  

Sharu graduated in Political Science from Miranda House, University of Delhi. Thereafter, she pursued law from the Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, securing the Second Rank in the University of Kerala. She completed her Post Graduation in Law specializing in Constitutional Law with the First Rank in the University of Kerala. As a law student, she did her judicial internship under Hon’ble Mr. Justice Kurian Joseph, Judge, Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Vibhu Bakhru, Judge, High Court of Delhi and Sr. Adv. Mr. Amarjit Singh Chandhiok (then Additional Solicitor General of India), and as a Mirandian, she worked in Taylor and Francis, New Delhi, as a marketing intern.

Prof. Mubarak Khan is a proven professional with over 9 years of rich experience in teaching and advising culturally diverse undergraduate and graduate students of law. He completed his LL.M in specialization with Labour and Employment Law in the year 2017 from Bangalore University and has cleared KSET in the year 2021. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D in Prison Labour in India from Bangalore University, Bengaluru. Debasmita Acharjee is a legal academic and Ph.D. Scholar at the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam, specializing in Constitutional Law and Labour & Employment Law. Dr. Nikhila S. Tigadi

Dr. Nikhila S. Tigadi has over eleven years of academic experience. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Trade Laws, in which she secured second rank, and a Ph.D. in Corporate Governance. She is also K-SET qualified. She has served at distinguished institutions and her academic experience encompasses teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and she has also supervised an LLM dissertation.

Beyond her academic contributions, Dr. Nikhila has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to legal aid and community outreach. As the Faculty Coordinator for the Legal Services Clinic at her previous institution, she has led a range of impactful initiatives, including the establishment of Off-Campus Legal Services Clinics in 6 villages so far and organising over 40 legal aid and outreach programs in schools, colleges, prisons, orphanages, and both rural and urban communities in Bengaluru, Tumkur, Mysuru, and Chickaballapur districts. These programs were instrumental in advancing access to justice in underserved areas. Her involvement extended to participating in the Legal Literacy program and Documentation Drive organised by the Department of Tribal Welfare, Government of Karnataka, the District Legal Services Authority in Mysuru, and the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority. She has also actively participated in various workshops and competitions, and has pursued courses on legal aid, including those organised by the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority and National Law Schools.

She was pivotal in establishing the Consumer and RTI wings within the Legal Services Clinic at her previous institution. She also spearheaded initiatives such as a web portal for online applications, the ‘Learn to Serve’ initiative, and a Digital Awareness Campaign. She has presented and published her research at national and international conferences and has also chaired sessions at various such academic forums. She has also authored opinion pieces.

Ms. Bushra Quasmi

Ms. Bushra Quasmi is an academic and scholar corporate law, environmental law and sustainability. Her work focuses on the intersection of environmental governance, corporate accountability, and emerging ESG frameworks, with a particular interest in addressing regulatory challenges in sustainability and greenwashing.

In these roles, she has been actively engaged in teaching, student mentorship, and academic research. Her research contributions include publications on access to clean energy, environmental jurisprudence, and sustainability law. Dr. Anant Jain, PhD

Anant Jain has expertise in Biomedical Signal Processing, Brain–Computer Interfaces (BCI), and Machine Learning. He earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi, where his research focused on EEG-based decoding of upper-limb kinematics, multimodal EEG–EMG analysis, and deep learning approaches for neurorehabilitation. He subsequently worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Utah Health (USA), contributing to interdisciplinary research on neurorehabilitation and stimulation-assisted motor recovery systems aimed at improving upper-limb motor function and user-engaged rehabilitation technologies. His research interests include biomedical and neural signal processing, AI for healthcare, human–machine interaction, and assistive and rehabilitation technologies. Dr. A.V. Arunkumar, Professor and Director, IFIM Institutions

Prof. Arunkumar holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bengaluru, sponsored through an RBI doctoral fellowship. Dr. Ganes M Pandya

Dr. Ganes M Pandya is an accomplished educator serving as an Associate Professor. He brings 27 years of diversified and versatile professional experience to the field, holding a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Bharathiar University. Dr. Mishra holds M.Phil. and PhD in Psychology with specialization in Cognitive Psychology and MA in clinical and counselling Psychology. She has more than 32 years of academic and administrative experience. The focus area was policy implementation ,regulatory affairs. Looking after all compliances of UGC and other regulatory bodies like BCI,KSHEC,HED and MHRD etc. Various committees and sub committees were either headed by her or she was a member or secretary.

Prof. Vidit Agarwal

An enthusiastic student of law, Mr. Vidit earned his LL.M. from Jamia Millia Islamia’s Faculty of Law
in New Delhi. In 2013, he achieved JRF qualification. His area of expertise was criminal law, and he is now working toward a Ph.D. at the University of Delhi, New Delhi’s Faculty of Law, on artificial facial recognition technology and necessary police reforms. Dr. Piyali Roy Chowdhury

Dr. Piyali Roy Chowdhury holds a Doctorate degree in the area of Economics and Finance from Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. She is a Master in Economics with specialisation International Trade. Also, she holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Marketing. She is an IIM Ahmedabad alumni of Faculty Development program held in IIM Ahmedabad. She has many publications in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC and ABDC C category journals. Prof. Parameshwar H S

Prof Parameshwar has a total of 23+ years of professional experience. At the early stage of his career, he was part of the direct sales team for one of the textile majors in India. Then, he moved on to be part of a consulting team which worked on assignments that included Turnaround Management, Rehabilitation of sick industrial companies [to be presented before Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction – BIFR] helping revive sick industries across South Indian States.  His other KRAs were Restructuring, Preparation of details project reports for new projects, Techno-Economic Feasibility Studies, Industry and Financial Analysis.

The major stint has been with Thomson Reuters handling Market Data Operations where he grew in levels from an analyst to quality controller to a team leader and handled several different teams with a span of control of 30+. He also dabbled with Project Management and was part of the core team which drove Business Process Reengineering across the financial data providing business unit. NITHIN RAJEEV

Nithin Rajeev has specialised in intellectual property and trade law from School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore.  He is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at IFIM Law School, Bangalore. He has qualified for UGC NET. He has completed his graduation of law in Integrated B.com. LL.B from Kerala Law Academy, Trivandrum which is affiliated to the University of Kerala.  

Before joining IFIM School of Law, he worked as an Assistant Professor of law in ISBR Law College, Electronic City, Bangalore. He also has corporate experience from working as a Contract Specialist for Futran Tech Solutions, Hyderabad. He has done his internships from the office of Additional Advocate General of Kerala,  Lokyokta,  Human Rights Commission, Women Rights Commission, Child’s Rights Commission and in law firms including VK Satyavan Nair and Associates. 

As a law student during his undergraduation, he was involved in a number of co-curricular and extra curricular activities. She worked for a brief period as a law clerk cum research assistant at High Court of Karnataka prior to her post-graduation. She has worked in the legal department of Wipro Limited, Bangalore where she was a part of the contracts team reviewing and drafting commercial agreements. She later worked as Assistant Manager- Legal in LIC Housing Finance Limited (HFL), a subsidiary of LIC, where she looked into title verification of documents prior to disbursement of housing loans, recovery of loans and litigation.

He is currently serving as a Visiting Faculty at IFIM. Previously, he was associated with Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies Bangalore as an Assistant Professor for six years and has put in 10 years of total teaching experience in Accounting and Finance. Dr. Ananthavalli Ramesh

Dr. Ananthavalli Ramesh is alumnus of NITT and IITM. She has interdisciplinary domain expertise from engineering design, new product development, healthcare research to technology management. She has more than a decade of industry experience with Royal Enfield, GM, Volvo and Caterpillar.

She is a trained six-sigma blackbelt and accelerated by sis-sigma council as a trainer. She has designed the curriculum for developed the curriculum for Mahatma Gandhi National Council for Rural Education for the rural MBA programs.

Dr. Ananthavalli Ramesh is a certified technical writer for Clinical Evaluation Report – medical devices. She coined the term ‘Concept Exploration Process’ as part of her M.S. (by Research) program at DoMs, IITM to facilitate new product success. She worked closely with hospitals to deploy patient engagement (patient-centric care) as an outcome of her doctoral research at DoMs, IITM.

She is working on her startup idea to provide patient engagement service to expecting and new mothers. She works closely with students to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset. She has published papers in reputed journals in the areas of healthcare management and product design. Her current focus is on ‘metaverse in healthcare’ and nurturing students in ‘research-entrepreneurship design (RED Hubb)’- an accelerated program.

He holds an MBA Marketing and Finance. His Ph.D research is in the area of Psychographics from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He also completed M.Phil in Buying Behaviour from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

He has been in the teaching profession for more than 20 years to Post Graduate and Undergraduate of Business Studies affiliated to various Universities viz., Bharathair University, Anna University and Bangalore University.

He has published various research papers in national and international Scopus indexed journals. He has also a peer reviewer of various Scopus indexed international journals published by Inderscience Publishers, UK. He is a certified ISO Internal Auditor by Bureau Veritas.

Prof. (Dr.) Sridevi Varanasi

Dr. Sridevi has a work experience of over 22 years in teaching, research, and corporate training and is currently the Director at IFIM School of Management. 

She holds an M.Com and a Ph.D. from Osmania University. Her thesis was “Working of Online trading in Indian Capital Market.” ,2005. Dr.Sridevi is a gold medalist.

At IFIM, she teaches courses like financial statement analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, and Valuation.

Dr. Sridevi was engaged in a faculty-led research project on “A Study on Total Expense Ratios of Mutual Funds in India,” a report submitted to the regulator.   She is associated with leading organizations as a corporate trainer and Subject Matter Expert.

Ramini Singh is an Adjunct Faculty at IFIM College, Bengaluru, specializing in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Learning & Development. She brings three years of academic experience and two years of banking experience in both private (Federal Bank) and public sector banks (State Bank of India) and is a certified psychometric trainer from TV Rao Academy, Bangalore. Prof. Venkatesh B. B

Mr B B Venkatesh has been a teacher by choice and is keen on the holistic development of the student community. He has been into teaching since twenty-two years and passionately working on strengthening the individuals at personality level. He has worked in the The Oxford College of Science, Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology, Vasavi Vidya Niketan and Administrative Management College. He is now serving in IFIM Institutions since 2014. He has been instrumental in starting the NSS unit, YRC unit, Sports-Annual Athletic Meet and Desi Sports. He has been convening international conferences of IFIM, Fusion and Mind Power and now he has been the head of Student Affairs.

He is doing his PhD on Dalit Literature from Swami Vivekananda University Sagar, MP. Prof. Bovina Arunan Sunath 

Prof.Bovina S is an academician with 15 years of experience in teaching English, Communication and Journalism. She began her teaching career as a visiting faculty in Zantye College, Government College Khandola, Goa and St. Xavier’s College, Goa. She the joined as a lecturer in Communication at Government Polytechnic Panaji and later joined the Journalism Department at Don Bosco College, Panaji as an Assistant Professor. Dr. M. Mahadeva has joined IFIM recently as a Professor. He has both teaching and research experience of about two decades and academic administrative experience for over fifteen years. He obtained all three of his degrees from the University of Mysore (1916), including the PhD in Economics (1987- 93) on the theme “Market and Economics” under the guidance of an eminent Economist Professor C.K Renukarya. Since 1992, he was a research faculty of Economics in the Centre for Economic Studies and Research and the Centre for Agricultural Development and Rural Transformation, at the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore. During the stint, he was nominated for the five international fellowships awards by the Commonwealth Commission (2008), Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute (2001), Indo-Dutch program in Alternative Development (1997) and Indian Council for Social Science Research (2010 & 1998). He was a visiting academic fellow in the University of Bristol, UK (December 2008 – April 2009), University of Toronto, Canada (October 2000- January 2001), Institute for Housing and Urban Studies, (December 1997- January 1998), Institute of Social Studies, The Netherlands (November-December 2010) and Maison Des Science De L’ Homme, France (December 1998). Prof. (Dr.) Sunil George

He is a professional with around 25 years of rich and varied experience in Academics and Administration and is currently heading IFIM Law School, Bangalore. Prior to joining IFIM Law School, he was heading Amity Law School, Kolkata. He was associated with the corporate world for 14 years in the Administration and Legal departments and then went on to pursue his passion and has been associated with academia for the past 11 years and has extensive teaching and research experience. His areas of specialization include Business Law, Company Law, Criminal Law, and Human Rights.

He is also a guide for doctoral research work in Law. He is also a member of the Board of Studies for designing of law curriculum and a subject expert on the panel interview for the recruitment of faculty members at various law colleges. She was the University topper and gold medalist for LLM (Commercial Law and Human Rights) from the Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala; and completed BA LLB (Hons) from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India.

She has supervised Doctoral thesis, LLM and LLB dissertations and taught PG and UG classes. She worked with top law schools in India including Symbiosis Law School, Pune and Christ University, Bangalore. She also worked as an Advocate and Assistant Director – Knowledge Management at IndusLaw, Bangalore.

She cleared UGC NET in 2013 and was a part of the UGC Sponsored Major Research Project with the NLSIU, Bangalore. She has initiated the Air and Space Law Committee at her previous institution. She also has international and national publications of book chapters, articles in journals, a handbook, and Scopus/Web of Science indexing. She has presented papers at numerous international and national conferences and has done certification courses in various fields.

Dr. Asha has framed the syllabus for Aviation Law and Technology Law and also revised syllabuses in her previous institutions. Subjects she taught include Environmental Law, Public International Law, Company Law, Property Law, Criminal Law, Space Law, Aviation Law, Research Methodology, Nuclear Law, Interpretation of Statutes, Competition Law, Investment Laws, Consumer Protection and Motor Vehicles Act, Insurance Law, Service Laws, Law of Torts, Jurisprudence, Case Studies – Hyperlinking and Interlinking, Philosophy of Life and Lifestyle, Law and Economics, and Law and Political Society. Prof. Harsh Vardhan Tiwari

Harsh Vardhan Tiwari is a National Law University graduate (RGNUL, Punjab) specializing in Political Science and Criminal Law and a postgraduate from Buckingham Law School in International Commercial Law, currently pursuing his Ph.D. (Law) from Bennett University.

He has been the Executive Editor of RGNUL Student Research Review, and a member of the Centre for Energy Law, the Center for Consumer Law, and Advocacy, along with the Center for Labour Laws. He was also part of the Quiz Cell (Literary and Debate Committee) of RGNUL.

Over the last 4.5 years, he has mentored over 5000 law school aspirants across the country. He has spoken with more than 10,000 law school aspirants on Law as a Career. He has worked as Project Lead (Maverick) at LawSikho, Head of Operation at CLAT Path, Legal Faculty at CLAT Possible, Educator at Unacademy, Head (CLAT Vertical) at Pahuja Law Academy, and Content Creator at Legal Edge & Toprankers. He worked with the Admissions and Outreach Team at O. P Jindal Global University, where he spearheaded LLM Admissions and set new records.

Currently, he is working as Chairperson, of Admissions at IFIM Institutions, having been promoted from Assistant Dean, Assistant Professor, and Associate Director of Admissions and Outreach after setting new LLB admission records at IFIM Law School.

Why did he choose the Education Service? At age 21, he realized my passion for education, shaping students’ careers, and being in the teaching-learning ecosystem. The love for the same thing lives and keeps improving.

Prof. Ananyo Mitra

Mr. Ananyo Mitra is a passionate legal researcher and educator. He has completed his LL.M degree in Public International Law from Queen Mary, University of London (Batch of 2018) and his BBA. LLB from School of Law, KIIT University (Batch of 2017). He has worked and interned in reputed research organizations, PSUs and law firms such as Indian Law Institute, The Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), Asian African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO), Coal India Ltd. & Fox & Mandal, Solicitors & Advocates, to name a few. Before joining IFIM Law School in the year 2019, Mr. Mitra was researching with Prof. Manoj Kumar Sinha, Director, Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.

He has a flair for writing and has published various articles and chapters in legal journals and books. His research areas include international law, environmental law, criminal law, jurisprudence, and human rights law.

Prof. Rishabh Bhandari

Rishabh has taught Law of Contracts I, Law of Contracts II and Constitutional Law II. And currently, he is teaching Constitutional Law I, Administrative Law and Social Immersion Program.

At IFIM Law School, Rishabh has chaired the Social Immersion Program; has contributed to Admissions and Outreach and has also worked as the Executive Editor for IFIM Law School’s Newsletter.

As a Faculty Member for the Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution, he has been an active member of the organising committee for Concordat 2.0, the national ADR Fest of IFIM Law School. He is also a part of IFIM Law School’s committee for organising Kanyathon, 2023, which is the annual event of IFIM Institutions and Vijaybhoomi University, organised to support the cause of upliftment of the girl child.

Before joining IFIM Law School, Rishabh worked as the Course Faculty for Into Legal World’s Certification Course on Law of Contracts, aimed at PCS-J aspirants.

As an Associate Editor for RMLNLU Law Review, Vol. VI, Rishabh has also edited and reviewed important research articles and case comments.

He takes interest in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights Law, Environment Law and Contracts Law.

And, when he is not reading about the law, he can be found following his passion for psychology, cinema and music.
