Dr. Sridevi has a work experience of over 22 years in teaching, research, and corporate training and is currently the Director at IFIM School of Management.
She holds an M.Com and a Ph.D. from Osmania University. Her thesis was “Working of Online trading in Indian Capital Market.” ,2005. Dr.Sridevi is a gold medalist.
At IFIM, she teaches courses like financial statement analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, and Valuation.
Dr. Sridevi was engaged in a faculty-led research project on “A Study on Total Expense Ratios of Mutual Funds in India,” a report submitted to the regulator. She is associated with leading organizations as a corporate trainer and Subject Matter Expert.

Dr. N. Ramu is a Registrar and Associate Professor in Management with over 27 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He holds a Ph.D. and M. Phil in Marketing from Bharathiar University, an MBA from Kongu Engineering College, Perunduari, Erode.
His primary teaching and research interests include consumer behavior, marketing research and metrics, and management research methods. He has taught a range of postgraduate and undergraduate programs.
Prof. N.Ramu has published over 15 research papers in reputed national and international journals and has presented his work at several academic conferences. He has also authored a few book chapters. He chaired the various national and international seminars and conference technical sessions.
He has been honored with the Best Faculty of IFIM Institutions Award for the academic year 2016 -17 and serves as the peer reviewer of various Scopus Scopus-indexed international Journals. He is an Indian examiner for various Indian universities to evaluate the Ph.D theses.

Dr. G. Raghuram is a PhD from Institute of Management, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. During his fulltime PhD program at Nirma, he was an Exchange Research Scholar at College of Business Administration and Economics, New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, NM 88003-8001, USA. He has worked for about 8 years as a Quantitative Analyst with Zacks Research Private Limited, a subsidiary of Zacks Investment Research, Inc., Chicago, USA before entering academics. Earlier he was with Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSOM), Bengaluru, FLAME University, Pune, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune (SIBM Pune) and SASTRA University, Thanjavur. Dr. Raghuram has published research papers in various journals.

Prof. Shalini Prakash is currently pursuing her research in the field of Learning & Development and E-Learning Tool Adoption in Higher Education Institutions. With over 15 years of rich experience bridging academia and industry, she is widely recognized for her dynamic ability to inspire, connect, and empower individuals through meaningful learning experiences.
An accomplished academic and trainer, Prof. Shalini has coached and mentored more than 65,000 learners across India and abroad. She has successfully designed and conducted over 960 workshops for diverse audiences including academicians, corporate professionals, teachers, and students, focusing on leadership, communication, and behavioral excellence.
A certified professional from the Indian Academy of Training and Development, she also holds an Honorary Doctorate in Education and Rural Development and is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Learning & Development methodologies.
Prof. Shalini has also served as National Director (Social Justice) for the International Human Rights Mission, affiliated with the United Nations Networks and the International Bar Association (2020–2021).
Beyond academia, she is a National-level dance performer, Theatre artist, and Choreographer, reflecting her holistic approach to creativity and personal growth.
