Prof. Swarnika Dixit is a seasoned academician with over 26 years of experience in Human Resource Management, encompassing teaching, research, and academic administration. She is currently Assistant Dean UG Programs and Program Head BBA at IFIM College, Bangalore. Throughout her illustrious career, Dr. Dixit has been associated with several prestigious institutions, including M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management, ICFAI School of HRD (Hyderabad), Presidency Business School (Bangalore), and Lucknow University, contributing extensively to student mentoring.

Her academic expertise spans courses such as Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, Performance Management, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management. A passionate educator and mentor, she integrates practical insights with academic rigour to enhance learning outcomes.

Prof. Dixit’s research focuses on Employee Engagement, Leadership, and Technology-Based Learning, and she has several publications in reputed international journals. She has presented papers at various national and international conferences and has submitted her PhD to VTU Belagavi, focusing on a Comparative Analysis of Employee Engagement at Biocon using Gallup’s Q12 model.

Dr Vidhya Pillai is an accomplished academician, author, trainer, and researcher with over 22 years of experience in postgraduate-level institutions affiliated with the University of Calicut, University of Mumbai, Jain University, Alliance and Bangalore University.

She has held several key academic and administrative positions throughout her career, leading numerous institutional committees and overseeing end-to-end academic processes. An approved faculty member of the University of Mumbai, Dr. Pillai brings a unique blend of corporate and academic experience. Prior to entering academia, she briefly served as a Public Relations Officer and Marketing Coordinator with Seasonal Kerala, before pursuing her passion for teaching.

A continuous learner, she has published multiple research papers in reputed journals and presented over 25 papers at national and international conferences. She has also completed minor research projects for the Government of Kerala.
