The PEP Department at IFIM College has kicked off the Pre-placement training for the MBA 2022-24 batch with a bang!
On 16th June, the department organized the highly anticipated 1st Round of Mock GDPI (Group Discussion and Personal Interview) sessions.
Our brilliant MBA students showcased their skills and knowledge, engaging in thought-provoking discussions and interviews with esteemed panelists.
The Mock GDPI sessions serve as a crucial stepping stone towards the upcoming placement season, as each student will go through a total of 4 rounds of evaluation.
The assessments cover a wide range of parameters to ensure a holistic evaluation, including communication skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership potential, and more.
