A series of sessions focused on mental wellbeing was scheduled for the MBA III Semester students at IFIM College, taking place on the 5th, 7th, and 9th of February 2024, starting at 11:00 AM in Room BS21. These sessions were led by Dr. Yeshaswi Chinnappa, a renowned psychologist from NIMHANS, who brought extensive expertise in the field of mental health. The initiative aimed to address the critical issue of mental wellbeing, a topic of increasing importance in the high-pressure environment of business education. Dr. Chinnappa offered valuable insights and strategies to help students manage stress, maintain emotional balance, and develop resilience, all of which were essential for personal and professional success. By participating in these sessions, students gained practical tools to enhance their mental health, which in turn improved their overall academic performance and future career prospects.
