Ms. Ruchi, Mr. Charan, Mr. Naveen, Mr. Yashwanth, Mr. Bargav, and Mr. Hariprasad Reddy, along with Mr. Sheik Azar Mohammed, all students of the MBA third semester, participated in an Experiential Learning program from June 26th to June 30th, 2024. Accompanied by Prof. Dilip, the group took part in the India Hikes trekking experience, which aimed to enhance their practical learning and team-building skills. The program provided them with an opportunity to engage with nature while overcoming physical and mental challenges associated with trekking. Over the five-day adventure, they navigated various terrains, pushing their limits and applying leadership and management concepts in real-world situations. Each student had the chance to reflect on their personal growth and bond with their peers through shared experiences. The trekking journey was not only physically demanding but also a test of endurance, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The students returned with a deeper understanding of how outdoor activities can enhance leadership qualities, decision-making, and collaboration. This experience contributed significantly to their overall learning, equipping them with skills that will be useful in their professional careers.
