MBA 2023-25 Batch Icebreaking Session Fun!

The seniors under the guidance of PEP Department organized an incredible Icebreaking Session filled with Team Building & Leadership Activities, and the Egg Drop Challenge was an absolute blast!
The Egg Drop Activity brought out the best in our new batch, fostering coordination, strategizing, and teamwork among our enthusiastic students. It was truly incredible to witness the creativity and problem-solving skills of our future business leaders in action.
But that wasn’t all! We had a day filled with fun and learning. The “Minefield” activity tested our Leadership, Active Listening, and Communication Skills. Each step had to be taken with precision and trust in our fellow team members. It was a true lesson in effective collaboration and decision-making.
And let’s not forget the adrenaline-pumping “Tug of War”! It pushed us to work together, dedicating our strength and stamina to the success of our team. The competitive spirit was at an all-time high, and the bonds we formed grew even stronger.
The IFIM Hostel Grounds witnessed laughter, cheers, and the forging of lifelong friendships. We are thrilled to embark on this MBA journey together, supporting and challenging each other to reach new heights.
