Workshop on AACSB Certificate of Excellence in AOL
A workshop on the “AACSB Certificate of Excellence in Assurance of Learning (AOL)” was held on June 15, 2024, at IFIM College. The session was led by distinguished resource persons, Prof. Venkat Yanamandram and Ms. Amy Memon, both experts in the field of AOL and AACSB accreditation standards. The workshop focused on enhancing the faculty’s understanding of Assurance of Learning, an integral component of AACSB accreditation, aimed at improving academic quality and accountability in higher education institutions. Faculty members, including Dr. Nivethitha, Dr. Ramu, Prof. Swarnika, Dr. Githanjali, and Dr. Vidya Pillai, actively participated in the workshop. The event provided an opportunity for the faculty to engage in insightful discussions, share experiences, and explore best practices for implementing effective learning assurance processes within their respective departments. The workshop was a valuable platform for enhancing the institution’s commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining high academic standards, in alignment with AACSB requirements.
