IFIM School of Law collaborated with YCM to organize a workshop on “Building Dispute Resolution Skills for New Age Professionals” on 18th March 2023. The workshop saw an enthusiastic turnout from our students who were eager to learn and develop the necessary skills to succeed in the ever-changing business environment.
The event was hosted on the IFIM School of Law campus and consisted of two sessions. The first session was led by Ms. Kudrat Dev, founder of YCM. She shared her insights on the latest trends in the industry and the skills that are critical for professionals to succeed in the present and future. The session was highly interactive, with participants being given the opportunity to put forth their ideas and have a fruitful discussion.
The second session was conducted by IFIM Centre for ADR, which demonstrated the importance of mediation skills. The event was a resounding success, with participants gaining valuable insights into the skills required for new-age professionals. The workshop provided a platform for students to learn from Ms. Kudrat Dev and gain hands-on experience in mediation skills
The workshop organized by IFIM School of Law and YCM Conflict Management & Mediation Initiative was an excellent opportunity for students to learn about the skills required to succeed in the new-age business environment.
