ONE DAY PROFIT CHALLENGE:
8th January, 2024
The One-day Profit Challenge held on 8th January 2024 at IFIM College was a dynamic event coordinated by Dr. Vidya Pillai
and ended by BCOM students. The participants showcased their entrepreneurial skills by launching a variety of unique products. Among these were 3D products that demonstrated innovative design and functionality, customized drawings that captured personal and creative expressions, and hand paintings that added an artistic flair to the event. Additionally, the homemade cupcakes and candles brought a touch of warmth and sweetness, appealing to both the senses and the sentiment of nostalgia. Each product not only highlighted the students’ creativity and craftsmanship but also their ability to understand and cater to market demands. The challenge provided a platform for the students to engage in real-world business activities, from product concept on and development to marketing and sales.
The event fostered a spirit of competition and collaboration, encouraging participants to think strategically and work efficiently to maximize their profits within the limited timeframe. Overall, the One-day Profit Challenge was a resounding success, providing valuable hands-on experience and reinforcing the practical aspects of business education for the BCOM students at IFIM College.
