HR Club Event on Best Manager
The HR Club at IFIM College hosted the “Best Manager” event on the 19th and 20th of February 2024, a dynamic competition designed to identify and celebrate the top managerial talent among the students. Taking place across four rounds in Rooms BS21 and BS6, the event saw participation from 30 students across both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Under the guidance of Dr. Jude Ashmi Prakash, the faculty coordinator, the event challenged participants to demonstrate their managerial acumen, leadership skills, and decision-making abilities through a series of rigorous tasks and simulations. The competition culminated in the crowning of Sahil S from the MBA II Semester (2023-25 batch) as the Best Manager, with Sakshi Kumari from BBA III Semester earning the Runner-Up title for her “Unignorable Competencies.” This event not only provided a platform for students to showcase their skills but also fostered a spirit of healthy competition and learning among peers. The “Best Manager” event was a testament to IFIM College’s commitment to developing future leaders by offering students opportunities to engage in experiential learning and practical skill- building, preparing them for successful careers in management and beyond.
