The Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution [Centre for ADR], is a student-run body constituted in the year 2019, with a vision to promote ADR culture at IFIM School of Law as well as imparting 21st century dispute resolution skills in the student body as a whole. The Centre for ADR consists of student members who undertake various activities like research and spreading awareness of news relating to ADR on E-Platforms, training for ADR competitions, conducting seminars and weekly sessions to familiarize the students with the theoretical and practical nuances of ADR mechanisms. The Centre collectively works towards polishing the dispute resolution skills of students and guiding them to pursue their interests in the field of ADR. We believe that any dispute can be resolved in an amicable manner and deals can be secured through efficient negotiation; provided that one possesses and excels in the art of dispute resolution mechanisms.
