BCA webinar on Artificial Intelligence in Everyday life
The seminar on “Artificial Intelligence in Everyday Life” was held on 11th June 2024, with Dr. Arpit Yadav, a Senior AI Scientist from CCE, as the resource person. The event was organized for students of BCA I and III semesters, who participated enthusiastically. Dr. Yadav delivered an insightful session, discussing the increasing integration of AI into various aspects of daily life. He highlighted how AI- powered tools are transforming sectors like healthcare, education, transportation, and home automation. His presentation covered both the current applications of AI and future possibilities, emphasizing how AI can streamline daily tasks and improve overall efficiency. Students were engaged throughout the session, actively asking questions about the ethical implications and potential challenges of AI. Dr. Yadav also provided examples of AI-driven technologies that are already in use, such as virtual assistants, recommendation systems, and autonomous vehicles. The seminar concluded with an interactive discussion, where students shared their views on AI’s impact on society. The event was successful in raising awareness about the role of AI in modern life and inspiring students to explore the field further.
